So the Relient K concert was SOO much fun! we got there really late & had to stand in line for a while but by the time RK played, we were real close to the front. i got to see & meet a bunch of ppl & paige & i crowd-surfed!! so much fun... the group i went with was real cool too-- did i tell yall i met a boy?

Break was okay. the highlight was by far our church retreat. i left my phone at home & just GOT AWAY... i really needed to step back & look at where my life is headed right now, what i\'m involved in, what i want to do with the remainder of high school. There was also some information that was brought to my attention that i wasn\'t sure about-- or mostly of God\'s purpose in it all...

Not so much prayer but my Bible reading had been slipping lately so it was nice to have a little pick me up. Okay so here\'s something i wanna say even though the one i want to hear it won\'t read this: you can rely on your friends to lift you & that\'s all well & good but when it comes right down to it nothing matters except you & God & your relationship together... He needs to be our constant thought, our best friend, the only comforter we have, and it is hard but nothing will change if you don\'t make an effort BY YOURSELF. that means praying & reading your bible.... i need to remember this lesson too.

So yall have a great week & remember that every situation will turn out exactly what you bring to it. If you expect to grow or to have a good time & keep that attitude, odds are you will.

Long entry i know but really take the words to heart- please. It\'s the only thing i know to do.

complaints-- everyone has them

October 04, 2005so we didn\'t get to play capture the flag. we went to outback for like 2 hours & then went to walmert but only tried on halloween costumes & made fun of the talking deer head. lol

i\'m so unsocial this break!! I\'m working everyday & then babysitting for church every night. it stinks cause i don\'t get out of babysitting til 9:15ish & my parents say it\'s too late to start doing something cause i have to be home at 11 now-- yuck.

but i\'m not going into work until 12 tomorrow so we\'re going to eat lunch & everyone should come & see me cause i\'ve been lonely. & then friday i\'m off cause i leave for our fall retreat at 4:30.....park, maybe?

oh! is anyone going to the relient k concert next week?? cause i think i am...maybe...hopefully...

hey if yall don\'t have anything to do tonight & you want a cool crowd to hang out with we\'re going to Walmart around 8-9 & playing capture the flag! o yes! it\'s free & fun & it will make for some GREAT stories.. if you come wear black or camo or just something weird that will make ppl stare at you.... o it\'s gonna be great.
