Does it really take away their pain, or does it just make them feel better for a little while?

A person can never completely take the pain away from others, it might feel like you are at the time but it is impossible. It would be nice if it actually worked that way.

lol - because society has preached to you since you were little that it will and that to do so is right. It has told you to sacrifice for others. Share with others what they don't deserve. Think of others before yourself. Now I know A LOT of people that will argue with me, but if you want I'll talk to you more on this subject later.

When you hurt for others, you do make them feel better...you do take some of the pain away. Knowing that someone is there and hurting for you, caring for you...it helps. Even if they push you (or try to anyway--Moose) away, and say they want you to leave them alone and that they want to move to Florida or something, they really want you to care, and in some small way, they want you to hurt because it makes them feel better...hmmm...I'm not being able to say this how I want to, so I'll just go. Love ya my SuperBro
