I know something of spelling! Anyway, I think it has something to do with keeping your cool, being a peacemaker, keeping things in perspective and plenty of reflection. All these things produce a peace in you and around you. It doesn't mean you have to be silent or weak. I think it means that you are slow to anger and quick to listen... I remember reading about that... Somewhere...
