You can hear the high pitch solo of the lead guitar as the guitarists nimble fingers fly up and down the fretboard, the synthesizer of the keyboard as the pianist walks back and forth with a precise melody, the crash of the cymbals and the roll of the toms as the drummers arms wave about in seemingly reckless manner along with the 1 2 punch of the kick drum emphasizing each and every roll of the song. You can hear the dirty tone of the rhythm guitar as it moves throughout the crowd. However, with the exception of the kick drum, all of these sounds are exclusively heard. The other sound that you are experiencing is mostly better felt than heard. You can feel it filling your chest as well as any surrounding void with an incredible beat, a beat that almost seems to be exclusively driving your heart, pumping adrenaline throughout your entire body till you can't stand to think that it will stop. We made good time though, we ended up leaving Thursday night at nine and arrived Saturday evening at nine thirty. We were only there for Sunday when we unloaded the truck and then went down to the San Francisco Bay to eat then we left Monday morning at 5am and arrived back in TN at 3pm. Now I can't wait to go and get a motorcycle! I am planning on getting a Honda Shadow Sabre... I will post pics when I get it.

In NH for my grandfathers 80th birthday.

The weather is nice, staying in the 70's, little cold for the beach. We wear sweatshirts on the beach when just sitting around but as long as you are moving it is warm enough to play in the water. My brother and I bought a new skimboard and I am trying to learn how to get some air off the waves, so far I haven't gotten very high. Not looking forward to coming back to the 100+ degree weather but school starts on monday :-p I am about to go bridge jumping with my cousing, that is going to be cold but it should be fun.

Two weekends ago I went out on the lake again, attempted back flips on the wakeboard for the first time... fun stuff. I closed on my house wednesday afternoon, but I have not even had time to go over to my own new house since then. Working both jobs is taking almost all of my time. Though if anyone wants to come see me at Jim N' Nicks I work Monday through Friday nights. I grabbed a couple of spare hours the other day to go and see Live Free or Die Hard. That movie = amazing. if you haven't already you should go see it in theatres. I am working through this weekend but I am deffinitaly looking forward to a long enjoyable weekend off next week at the lake, I am really needing that break right now. Don't really know what else to say that is going on in life.

Had a lot of fun at the lake this past weekend. I am now landing big jumps on the wakeboard without many problems and I can jump and do a 180. I took a big spill and had my first bloody nose caused by water, surprisingly it was on the skis rather than the wakeboard. Aaron and I tried to barefoot... we couldn't get up, but it did hurt. I made a perfect dive out in the middle of the lake off of the side of the boat, I had perfect form, was going straight down, and had very little splash, the only problem was that the lake is apparently very low right now and there was only six foot of water. So I almost broke not only my hand but my neck as well, fortunately I only jammed my hand real bad. There were plenty of amazing jumps, saves and spills over the weekend made by all involved and there are some really cool pics that we got that I will post as soon as Havan and Aaron send them to me.

The LAN party was a lot of fun even though I had to leave early because of my lack of sleep. Unfortunately the dirtbikes canceled monday morning but all in all it was a fun weekend.

so on friday afternoon I went to the DMV and after waiting an hour and a half I got a new license with a motorcycle endorsement on it! I then proceded Ken's house where I picked up his little 400cc bike for the weekend (I left him my mustang in exchange for his generosity). Once I picked it up I took it out on the road, this being the first time that I have ever had a bike on the road I was being extra careful... I drove around town for about two hours, it was great! Yesterday I took all sorts of backroads to Woodbury and back and ended up logging over one hundred miles on some really fun and gorgeous roads. Sadly today is the last day that I have the bike, Ken is coming to get it first thing in the morning. Time to start shopping for my own.

I'm down in Cleveland visiting people at Lee this weekend. It has been a blast. So far what we have done: a couple of hours playing raquetball, a short game(ish) of tennis, lots of DDR (at which I suck, the other guys fly on that thing), and in the middle of the night last night we went out and played tackle tag and smear the queer in the rain, on grass that was slick enough to slide a good distance on. It was awesome, I tackled quite a few of the larger guys out there (you just have to hit them right....). The smear the queer game is where there is a ball (we used a knotted up t-shirt), the object is to have the ball, everyone else tries to tackle the guy with the ball. Needless to say, I probably had the ball more times (five) as well as longer than anyone else... it was fun

Raining today, but there is no room to complain since this is the first bad weather that we have gotton since J&J got here three weeks ago.
Today was nice... woke up and surfed the internet while waiting for my cousin to wake up. Once she woke up we took a three mile run with their dog. Went to the beach... made a sand castle, played in the freezing water some, read my book, and surprisingly got a little bit of sunburn. Once arriving at my Grandparents house I then proceded off to get some sandals and sunglasses. Lasagana for dinner and then more internet (now). Nice to relax and not have to be somewhere at any certain time.

I am about to head off to work. Another great weekend. Saturday after working some I went out to the house for Joshua and Jonathan's birthday party, had fun out there, I talked with Dad for a while, played Need for Speed on the gamecube, went swimming in the pool, and watched most of The Last Samurai. Sunday after playing bass for church we took the boat out again, it was awesome, I went skiing, kneeboarding, tubing, and wakeboarding. We had a full boat which made the wake absolutly great, I got more air on skis than I have ever gotten before. It was lots of fun. I will have a few pics later.

So... a very eventful weekend and not much time to write about it. Awesome holiday weekend. After a long week of trim and tile Havan, Linda, and I went waterskiing on saturday, Sunday a group of us went to see X-3, and then I was going to work on monday but Havan offered to go dirtbiking... yeah, no work on monday, dirtbiking was awesome. We went biking on one of Mr Tuckers and Mr. Montgomerys farm investments. The Montgomery's had a whole bunch of bikes and people to go, they loaned Havan and I each a bike to use... it was great. Met a fellow phuser while there Chelsey Montgomery. Been working every day since... ready for this weekend of fun and rest.
I was at sports com tonight giving swim tests for three hours. Three hours spent in barefeet on concrete was not my best idea ever. I also had to yell most of the time so that the kids could hear me while they were swimming so I wouldn't be surprised if I am hoarse tommorrow. It is always intereasting to try and guess which kids will pass and which won't before they get in the water, you would be surprised quite often of who actually passes and who doesn't.
I am frustrated that adults won't listen to me when I tell them how to do stuff correctly. I had two scoutmasters who did the rest of the test fine but couldn't float. When I would try to explain how to do it right they would just brush me off. I wouldn't let either of them pass because they couldn't finish. Mr. Tucker went and worked with one of them afterwards on it. He told him exactly what I had told him to do and he was able to finish then.
Frustrating.
Havan was there with me giving tests, he is back in town...fun stuff. We went to Mellow Mushroom afterwards and are going to go play raquetball tommorrow. Havan is da bomb...lol
Other than that my life is filled with more and more work...should have more than enough of it this summer.

P.S. Siegel's West Side Story is good...go see it

Yup prom was fun. Started the day out with a trip to franklin to watch Fine Arts. After that I brought Linda home and picked up the hummer. Had a couple of hours before I had to pick Linda up so I played Need for Speed Most Wanted for a while. I was early to pick Linda up so I stopped at Michael's and got some pics with her (those pics should be coming later). After picking Linda up we met my brother Jeff and his wife Anady at Linda's friend Amanda's house where we got our pics taken by Anady.
This one is my favorite

From there Linda, Amanda, Brent, and I went and met some more of Linda's friends at the Aquarium in Opry Mills for dinner.

After dinner was prom where there was a whole lot of dancing, not exactly my style but I had fun watching Linda and her friends and their crazy moves...lol

After prom I took Linda home where we changed and then headed to Siegel High for after prom.
When you change a tire be sure to tighten it REALLY GOOD. Otherwise the holes in the rim will get bigger and bigger till the rim just comes off over top of the lugs. Not fun at all. Especially when you have a car on the trailer that the tire fell off of.
I think that I missed the flag football sign ups. I thought that they would be after arena football, but the games apparently have already started. Bummer.
Trilogy practice tonight and tomorrow night. Everyone should come see this last one. It is on sunday at 8:30am, 11am, and 6pm
For those who were wondering this is Mr. Green

I had practice for the easter trilogy part II last night and today. Seeing as how neither Pastor Tommy nor Mr. Cohl were there I had to try to run sound by myself. Very difficult for mic changes. Also have some very exact timing cues one right after the other that are difficult. But I should have help tommorrow and it should be great. Everyone should come. 8:30 am, 11am, and 6pm.

Hooper, Jeremy, and I LAN'd some tonight. UT2004 and F.E.A.R.= lots of fun.
